Body Flow is a studio label for a connected movement sequence. One group may combine mobility and breath, another dance improvisation; the teacher defines the programme.
01
Ask at the start whether the class works standing, on the floor or both. Try a simple path: a step, a change of direction, a lowering and a return. The teacher can offer a shorter or slower version.
Notice where you want to breathe in and where the movement comes to a natural end. Once the sequence feels familiar, change the pace of one part. That task reveals whether the class focuses more on strength, mobility or creativity.
02
Studios use the Body Flow label for different programmes. Its history depends on the exercises and movement methods the teacher selects. Ask them to name those sources when a class combines dance, yoga or another practice.
Try one sequence in silence and another with music. Notice whether sound changes movement length and direction. When the group moves together, leave space for others and ask whether you may improvise your own version.
Before class, ask whether the group learns dance phrases, improvises or follows another movement practice. NDEO’s dance-education account names these tasks separately. The answer helps you choose a pace and teacher that fit your aim.
03
Notice whether the class links mobility, breath, and strength or builds a dance phrase.

In one class, sound may support breath; in another, choreography. Ask the teacher how they relate.
