Your data. Clear rules.
You can browse the directory and published personal pages without signing in. You need an account to submit information or create your own page.
What do we store?
Your sign-in identity and email, submitted requests, profile management permissions, review decisions, personal-page drafts and published versions, and the links you submit. Your sign-in address and permission-check information are not part of the public directory.
If you use Google or Facebook sign-in, we receive your account identifier, email, name and verification status when the provider supplies it. We store the connection to your Noriu Šokti account and tokens needed for sign-in. We encrypt access and refresh tokens. We use this data only for sign-in and account connection.
What is public?
When you select “Publish,” your chosen name, description, links, blocks, and photos used in those blocks become public. New draft changes stay private until you publish again. When you hide a page, its public link is no longer available; the draft stays in your account. External photos and posts remain on their original services.
How do we use the data?
To let you submit information, see its status, and manage an approved profile. Only an authorised administrator can access review data.
Studio reactions
You can leave a reaction without an account. When you open the reaction picker, we create a random cookie in this browser. It lasts 180 days after your last use. It lets you change or remove your reaction and helps limit the number of reactions. We do not link it to an account, and we do not collect IP addresses or browser fingerprints for reactions.
Only emojis and their total count are shown publicly. Each card keeps the 50 most recent reactions. When the limit is reached, a new reaction replaces the oldest one. Reactions disappear within 90 days; changing one does not extend its expiry. If you remove a reaction, its timestamp remains until expiry to prevent bypassing the daily limit. Expired entries are cleared while other reactions are kept. This is a browser-based limit, not a count of verified people.
Cookies and services
Sign-in may use essential session cookies. Visitor analytics loads only after you clearly consent; search and links continue to work if you decline. We do not send search text, exact coordinates or addresses to analytics. We do not use advertising tracking. Google Fonts provides the fonts. External studio websites have their own policies. Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, and Spotify embeds load only after a visitor selects the display button. The visitor’s browser then contacts the relevant service, which applies its own privacy rules.
Your browser loads photos directly from the address you provide. We do not copy or store the files. The photo service receives the request, including the visitor’s IP address; we do not send the page address with the photo request.
Corrections and removals
You can request a correction or removal of your data using the correction form. An administrator will review your request.
To remove Noriu Šokti data linked to Google or Facebook sign-in, use the correction form and give your account email. Revoking access on Google or Facebook does not automatically remove your Noriu Šokti data.
Drafts and links
Drafts and links stay in your account so you can continue your work. Removing a block from a draft does not change the published version. Publish your changes or hide the whole page. To request data removal, use the correction form.
